What kids want to be when they grow up

TimeToPlay-Mag.com and Duracell combined efforts to run a study to find out what kids want to be when they grow up. Here is the list:

1. Veterinarian (18%)
2. Teacher (13%)
3. Athlete / Sports Star (12%)
4. Singer / Dancer (11%)
5. Military Career (11%)
6. Doctor / Nurse (10%)
7. Movie / TV Star (10%)
8. Lawyer (6%)
9. Firefighter (3%)
10. Police Officer (3%)
11. President (2%)

Are you kidding me???????????? Nobody wants to be a toy-maker???????? I have to admit that I myself wanted to be a veterinarian at some point.

One thing that I find it interesting is that 1/3 of ALL kids ages 8-12 wanted to be famous (athlete/sports star/singer/dancer/movie/tv star). Thanks to venues like youtube and photobucket, kids now have more media to use and to be able to reach their career goals.
