Anyone remember these old BK Pokemon commercials? Well…more to come!
The Pokemon Company International and Burger King Corp. announced earlier in the month a promotional partnership that will feature collectible premium Pokemon Trading Card Game cards and accessories in BK Kids Meals across North and South America.
Burger King will offer two Pokemon trading card games featuring favorites such as Pikachu, Giratina, Dialga and Palkia, and a Pokemon themed accessory with each purchase of a BK Kids Meal, while supplies last. Over the course of the promotion, participating BK Restaurants will be the only places to obtain each of the six different accessories, including Pokemon card holders, lenticular rockers and card frames.
The kids meal promotion will be supported through a fully integrated marketing campaign including television, in store POP, and online support. The toys are inteded for children ages three and up (3+) and expect to see them in stores June 1 in the U.S. and Canada and August 24, 2009 in South America.
