Brand recognition by age
If you own a restaurant or chain of restaurants, you know the importance that kids and families play in the success of your locations. Brand recognition and awareness are key factors as it relates to getting increased business.
Kids that are 2-years-old can already identify and ask for brands by name. When kids turn 4 years old, they can already identify one brand as being better or superior than another. By age 6, kids can associate brands with significant persons. By age 7, kids can identify up to 200 brands, which doubles by age 10. What does all of this mean? It means that kids are extremely important to your business. Keep them happy and they will come back over and over again.
Kids grow up eventually and they will remember who catered to them and who didn’t. You want to be on their mind when they begin to use their own dollars.
